I cant believe i did not mention them in my mock up roster! How silly of me! But yes definitely, peripheral characters can spark a lot of interest and lead people into play their games of origin. Either, Capcom should make this happen and let me produce it!!! haha, I can only dream, for now at least, you will see my name on a game someday...
