    Sunday, April 26, 2009, 01:49 PM [General]

So just to let everyone know i started an new group for Flock really dumb yet fun game put out by our friends.  So what i would like to do with this group is discus general game play and level creation i hope to see people joining up.  I didn't see any groups specifically for Flock but i could be wrong if so please let me know don't want to be rehashing what others already are doing.  So stop by and let the group know what kind of sheepish fools you really are.

    Was it worth it?

Ok so I've been hearing all of this bad mouthing of the new RE Versus mode and I wanted to see what the deal was.  I bought it today and played it like mad.  I loved it and thought what creative way to use multi-player a lot better then halo or COD type games imho.  So the fuss was over the size right well that is easy to explain(and no I'm not a capcom fanboy they do well and they do really bad) that being said, the file size makes perfect sense in the fact that the majority of the data it uses is on the game disk.  Even though they used merc mode as a basis for versus and the same unlockable characters, pretty well the same level set up. the difference is the code in witch inturpts those modes and that is (I'm guessing) what we paid for.  OK is it worth $5/400msp, in my opinion yes it is and it's worth that for the man hours that went into creating it and that I enjoy playing it.  But the SF IV costumes that i just bought were a rip they are cool and it's nice to have the option to change but they should have given those to the players as a thank you for getting the game.  Thank  you for taking the time to read this post I can't wait to hear peoples comments and retaliations to this post.

they are moving away from the UMD to make there be less moving parts and to reduce load times on games not sure if its just for the games or if the will be doing a different movie format maybe just downloading it to your SD card because I know that it will still have the memory gard slot not sure lookin forward to june though just to see if the hype is true thanks for reading my blog
