So yeah, lately I've been having some real bad internet troubles. This is supposedly high speed internet and it's always slowing down at certain points of the day, I'm disconnected from my IM programs, I can't even get to see certain pages because it either takes too long to load, or just doesn't even bother to load the page.

I'm using a wired router to connect to the internet, cause my brother is the one who takes care of the internet stuff, but he's never at home so I can't ask him to help out.

So anyone have any helpful things to offer? I should just call in, but I wanna avoid a hassle unless that's the only way I'm getting some actual tolerable internet service here
