The picture of the miniature of Bass was found on Ebay and was a Buy Now, the catch was you had to pay Austrailian money for it, and there was no indication of the shipping fee, so it was a suspisous sale. When I first saw it, I thought "Nobody shall have it but me!", but then I noticed the money they wanted and thought "Curses...". There was also a Sparkman miniature as well, but didn't get a picture of it. And the miniatures you mentioned from Canada, Shademan and Burnman, I also saw from the same guy who tried to sell the Bass minature. I'm guessing Mattel decided to give different regions different toys, and also false advertise the VS miniatures as well, they never released Aqua Style Megaman Vs Shadowman out in the US. I really wanted that set to complete the first seres of the NT Warrior toy lineup, but Mattel was mean and decided to false advertise and get my hopes up, curse them. Anyhow, thanks for commenting on my picture gallery, I hope this info shed some light on the missing toy issue that Mattel caused.
