Hey everybody. As the title reads it's been a while since I've posted a blog on my personal site here on Capcom-Unity.  In my absence a lot has been happening (both here on the site and in the "real-world)."

If you follow politics, USA got a new president-elect with a little over 53% of the popular vote.  His name is Barack Obama (VP-elect is Joe Biden) and he is a Democratic Senator from the state of Illinois.  His victory puts to rest two bitter years of campaigning.  As I heard a NPR reporter say, it's like watching the series finale of your favorite sitcom, will lady liberty choose John McCain or Barack Obama?!?  And now we know; begging the question, what will the world be like in the next four years?

In local news (Capcom-Unity), some interesting stuff is popping up in the Street Fighter 4 threads.  Apparently, Cammy, Gen and Rose are proven to exist in SF4.  Congrats to the approperiate fans that lobbied long and hard for their respective candidates.  Some cool screen caps can be nabbed here: http://kotaku.com/photogallery/sfivnc/ and here is a Youtbue video of Rose on the select screen of the PS3 version of SF4 taken at NEXT08: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bF3abjzihyY  Now only if we could get some SF3 representation: Ibuki, Oro, Elena and Makoto. . .

Along those same lines Shana, the Associate Producer of Dark Void, has appeared on the Capcom-Unity blogspot to reveal her campaign for Dark Void--a game we haven't heard a lot about (perhaps dwarfed by SF4 and SF2THD Remix).  To check out what she has to say just jump here: http://www.capcom-unity.com/shana/blog/2008/11/11/salutations  The new Bionic Commando game is also getting some blog lovin' with random bursts of Secret File blogs.  Keep your eyes peeled for these two games set to hit stores either late this year or early next year.

Ok so this is going to be short and quick.  I have a new gamertag that I'd rather have represented on my profile page but I don't know how to change the one I have.  Can anybody help me?

Secondly, I hope Capcom-unity UI designers are listening (or reading in this case) but can we please get the option to hotlink or inter-profile bookmark certain threads.  I know I can bookmark via my web browser but what I'm talking about is having the option of going to a thread and saving it's link onto my profile for me to quickly access later and for others who visit my profile to check out.  I hate having to wade through both my own bookmarks and all of the levels/sub-levels of the threads to find my one post or even the one thread that I contributed to.  I think it would be an added bonus for visiters to be able to see my thread contributions as well.  Just a thought.
