Hey guys and gals... Bear McCreary, here: the composer for "Dark Void." By now, you've hopefully all experienced the clips and audio samples we've released of my upcoming score for this game. And that's just a taste of how awesome this score will be.
I have an incredibly powerful 80-minute DARK VOID SOUNDTRACK CD ready for you guys, and La La Land Records is prepared to put it out. But I need your help convincing the powers-that-be that gamers out there are going to want this music on CD. If you want a soundtrack album, log in and let's make some internet noise! -Bear http://www.bearmccreary.com/blog/

Here's one gamer for a sound track. I've got soundtracks to my favorite animated and live action series. Why would I not want one from a video game, especially if Bear wrote it.

Hey Capcom, Let Bear release the soundtrack already!!! Let's face it, today's economy is tough, so never mind the artistic and creative merit in doing so, here's the bottom line: you'll make money. And, you'll appease and lease a loyal fan base, and thereby gain some potential customer loyalty...making you more money.

As a fan of his music on BSG, I will buy anything with Bear's name on it.

Come on, you Capcom corporate powdered wigs. Listen to that score. Doesn't it make you want to just wrap it all up and put it on a shiny disc and ship it out to everyone who'll buy a copy? I know that's how it makes me feel. And we all know the customer is always right. (Plus, even better publicity. Include a copy of this in your press kits and as your pre-order bonuses, and my gods, are you going to see some fireworks. So do us all a solid. You know we're good for it.)

We're all about it, but we need the fan support. I'm a huge Bear McCreary fan -- his music has gotten me through many rush hours. (So Say We All.)

Hell yes we want a soundtrack album! The samples sound awesome and I have no doubts the rest of the score will at the very least meet Bear's usual standards. I listen to an enormous amount of his music anyway, and the more the merrier..

Registered to say that Bear's association with the game has got me interested, and will now be following it's development closely. Will buy the game for the music alone, hope the rest of the game is equally as good. Oh and regarding the soundtrack, hell yes! Again, I don't want to embarass Mr McReary, but there are a lot of people who'll buy anything he releases, because its all gold.
