Disclaimer: I realize that DV is a new ip that has yet to prove itself for Capcom, and is far, far away from being a SF or RE. BUT, I was wondering about some of the plans tha Capcom might have for the franchise. Plans/ wishes to expand into different media (comics)? Action figures/ statues? DLC on XB Marketplace, like a premium theme (and for god's sake, there is still not a single trailer for the game on there)? And do you plan to have some DV swag up for auction or in the raffles someday? :) |

I think it would be cool if they expanded and promoted Dark Void like you're saying, kinda like what EA did with Dead Space (new IP as well), but I doubt that's gonna happen. And IMO, we'll probably start seeing some Dark Void content on the Marketplace during or soon after the E3, but I wouldn't expect a lot more than a couple of videos. Themes, gamerpics, and more videos should become available as the game's release date (which we still don't know '~' ) approaches. |

Well, there is definitely demand for a solid new Mech game, and there is a new battleTech game being worked on- hope we hear more about that soon. But it seems that Capcom is already starting the merchandising with two statues at Comic Con San Diego :( I had hoped they would give us soemthing that any fan has a chance of getting...

Maybe they'll have some for the Capcom store.
