About Me: I have a twisted sense of humor and I'm usually the one that "takes it there." I enjoy spending time with and entertaining friends. I am a very social person in spite of the fact that I don't like people in general.
    Favorite Genres: Action-Adventure, Action, Shooter
Music: I'm not a fan of current popular music. I think we are in a really low period in the music industry. I like funk, 80's new wave, trance (non-vocal), classic 60's/70's rock, club disco (that did not typically get radio play).
Movies: Action and horror are my favorite but I will watch almost any genre. Although not a complete list by any stretch, here are a few I recommend: Millions, Shallow Grave, Shoot 'Em Up, Dead Alive, Cemetery Man, Moulin Rouge, Nightwatch, A Very Long Engagement, Sin City, Grindhouse, Live Free or Die Hard, The Last House On the Left (the 2009 remake if you want a good revenge thriller, the 1972 original if you want a great example of grindhouse cinema).
TV: I really hate TV. I watch it but I hate it. Shows I like are Bones, CSI, Law & Order CI, Pushing Daisies (canceled too soon), The Daily Show, Boston Legal(ended), Heroes, Family Guy, Criminal Minds, The Closer, Fringe, 11th Hour, Dollhouse.
Books: I don't get to read as often as I would like but I prefer mysteries, horror, thrillers. Currently reading Just After Sunset.
Likes: Good movies (especially horror), cookie dough, Indian food, board games and video games, dancing, fresh air, San Francisco bay area.
Dislikes: Reality TV, people too lazy to use their turn signal, people who think it's okay to read, talk on the phone, apply makeup, etc. while driving. Come to think of it, I just dislike people.
Hobbies: Collecting and preserving original movie posters. Special FX make-up - I did my own for the zombie pic in my profile. To get the full effect you need to enlarge the photo.

Carry All Your Stuff In The Deal Of The Week

Friday, November 20, 2009, 04:21 PM [Capcom Store]

Super Puzzle Fighter II Turbo is one of our most beloved games. When we released Super Puzzle Fighter II Turbo HD Remix as a downloadable title we all remembered what a blast it was to play. We couldn't get enough of it here in the office, smack talk reverberating throughout the 3rd floor. We still love it and hope to get a few games in today!

In loving tribute the Capcom Store offers up this week's Deal Of the Week. Not one, not two, not even three, but four Super Puzzle Fighter II Turbo bags to carry all your stuff. These popular tote and messenger bags have been sold out everywhere for some time now. The Capcom Store has them and I'm offering them at incredible Deal Of the Week prices.

Next week I'll be skipping the Deal Of the Week but don't despair. Instead I'll have a 4 day Black Friday through Cyber Monday deal you won't want to miss.

The Super Puzzle Fighter II Turbo tote and messenger bags will go back to their everyday low price next Friday so don't wait. They make great gifts!

New Deal Of The Week & Dramatically Lower Shipping Costs

Friday, November 13, 2009, 04:50 PM [Capcom Store]

With the highly-anticipated release of Resident Evil® The Darkside Chronicles, I thought I'd offer up as this week's Deal Of The Week the Resident Evil® The Umbrella Chronicles Shot Blaster for 20% off! It's fully compatible with any Wii shooting game including Resident Evil® The Darkside Chronicles, and from what some Unity members have told me, it's hard to find. Well, we've got 'em! We started this week's deal a day early and the orders immediately began flooding in; all before it was even announced! It comes in really handy when kicking zombie butt. Best of all, it increases your shot accuracy and helps you get those elusive, but ohhh soooo satisfying, head shots. "THE HEAD . . . SHOOT 'EM IN THE HEAD!"

You may have noticed that I have been featuring mostly downloadable titles in the Deal of The Week. The reason for that is I have been working with our fulfillment company to lower shipping costs. As of this writing you'll see a pretty dramatic drop. I won't go into all the gory details but after some arm-twisting and the classic trick of throwing myself on the floor, kicking and screaming and holding my breath, I was able to get over a 40% decrease in shipping charges on most items. You'll now begin seeing a greater variety of items featured in the Deal Of The Week.

Dont' forget that you get an exclusive Raccoon City Police Department t-shirt free with your purchase of Resident Evil® The Darkside Chronicles. No one else has this shirt! Buy your copy now.
