Hello,

As stated in my first blog post, "my name is Yuri Lindbergh De Araujo and I am an aspiring Game Designer, already working on some small projects."

This time, I'll explain where this weird name (Dubindoh) comes from.
Back in 2004, when I was still living in Natal, RN, Brazil (I lived there for 15, after moving from my birthplace, São Paulo, SP, BR), we had a dog. Actually, it was a puppy, but it was pretty big. It was my younger sister's dog, and she decided to name it Spike. That name is fine for a dog here in the US and other English speaking countries, but it was weird in Brazil, since we speak Portuguese only. So, one day my friend came over and saw the dog. He liked it, and asked what his name was. I said "Spike". He instantly replied: "It doesn't fit him. I'll call him 'Dubindoh' now!"
I liked the name, but my sister didn't. So, I, as an efficient older brother, was always teasing her by calling the dog "Dubindoh".
Now that we moved, we no longer have the dog Dubindoh. So, I decided to take the name for myself as a tribute to the dog and to continue teasing my sister.

She doesn't care anymore... =/

On another subject, Bionic Commando Rearmed is out!!! I already bought my PC version through Capcom's e-store. While I was very impressed by the game, I was also very dissapointed to notice that my video card is having over heating issues. But I'll get that fixed, and I'll be able to play more than 5 minutes at a time (my PC shuts down after 5 min. of gameplay)

However, I think bad things can come for a greater good sometimes. Without being able to play BCR, I spent some time drawing a fanart/advertisement for BCR... and Monster Hunter...

It's still a work in progress. Right now you can only see the Pencil free hand drawing. Soon I'll post the Digital art version of it.
