Stopped by a comic/hobby shop near my job today and what should I find? Some old Darkstalkers merchandise! First up is the 1999 Viz release of Nightwarriors: Darkstalkers' Revenge graphic novel by Run Ishida. Next up is the Japanese Vampire Hunter Animated Series OST!

Edit: Just read up on the OST, and it appears that it is a bootleg :(
I seem to have bad luck with getting bootleg versions of old capcom stuff. I've purchased 2 copies of Super Puzzle Fighter II for GBA that were both bootleg as well.

When I have more time I'm going to stop by again as the shop owner thought there still might be some wall scrolls around. Need to find myself some more comic/hobby shops to snoop around in :)

Well, according to my last achievement, the last time I had played Street Fighter IV was early March, shortly after the game's release. So four months later I pop in the game again, allow it to update and play again. Fifteen minutes later the game is once again cased up.

I once thought that Seth (and Abel) were the bain of my Steet Fighter IV existence. But I was eventually able to overcome (glad to see that Capcom is finally admitting that Seth was overpowered). However, it is with my ongoing battle with Zangief using El Furte that I just can't win. And it is for the very same reason that I had such a hard time with Seth: throws.

Oh well, no need to get into technicalities, as I don't play fighting games solely for that. I just like to have some fun, and Street Fighter IV just isn't providing enough for me. I can complete story mode with every character except El Furte, and I can get past Zangief with other characters; I just am frustrated that my rival using El Furte would pose such a problem for me.

A Darkstalkers game should hopefully appear or this will be the biggest waste of $80 for me on a game.
