by looking at the videos that people posted and watching seth(not the fighter) play and display alittle of his moves it seems that seth is a combo of many SF characters and that even though he has many of the the strongest moves i don't think they are so strong as the original ones and BUT i do  think that seth will use the SF4 engine and fighting system to fullest extent As for c.viper yeah she is a great looking character and i'm sure she's a decent character BUT she's not all that original we know that she was kinda snk inspired but not only that but her moves are too  she uses lighting and fire and htting the ground ? well i've done my homework people and captain commando does the same stuff in mvc 2 he use fire she uses fire and he use lighting and she use lighting he also has a move where he hits the ground and so does she so if you own mvc 2 check cpt. commando's move list and watch him perform them i love capcom but they gotta start thinking of better ideas for fighters
