Probably one of the best and classic picture of Final Fight which tells the story of Mike Hagar and Guy with the sisters Rena and Maki.

plus I think that's just a poster of Haggar, the real question here is where does this take place? America or Japan? if it's in Japan why is there a Haggar Poster? perhaps he was already thinking of Presidency at the time?
and it makes more sense if it is in Japan because Maki and Rena our from Japan, and that is Maki's bike.
