Believe! You asked for it and we delivered. Lost Planet: Extreme Condition "Colonies Edition" is getting a patch. Fire up your systems on Sept. 30th for updated Lost Planet goodness.. Contents of the patch include optimization of the rate of fire for the machine gun and gatling gun, leveling the playing field between XBOX 360 and PC players.
Akrid Hunter mode also get's an update as the angle of the rolling attack has been adjusted for the Dongo & Godons also leveling out the playing field on cross platform battles. Now the true battle between mouse and keyboard vs. controller can begin.
So a handful of Capcom Employees just returned from Las Vegas and the Gamestop manager's show where we were showing off all our hot new games. The show went really well and the hype was huge.
Apparently our booth was so popular, even one of our heroes (Nathan "Rad" Spencer) snuck in to get a little preview of the amazing new Bionic Commando himself. Yes, the game is going to be that good. No, it's not a wig.
You know those people that like to show up late to a party, drink all the booze, eat all the food and then complain when there is not enough? Here at Capcom, those people would be the product marketing group crashing the community party. Word on the street is this is the place to be and product marketing group is joining into the fray.
