Well, as I love Wii, obviously I'm psyched about The Conduit, as many other Wii owners probably are. But one thing I'm worried about is how it will be judged.
I'm sure that the Conduit will rank highly on game websites (if it's good, of course), as they separate the site into different factions, such as one part of the site is for Wii, another's for Xbox 360, etc. That way each reviewer will judge each game by its strengths on its respective systems, and, as an example, would not compare The Conduit to Halo 3 unless it was a positive comparison. But with game magazines, such as Game Informer (or should I say PS3/360 Informer) or Gamepro, as any reviewer can write for any game, they might/will compare The Conduit to Halo 3, and not review it as being a great technical, and most importantly, fun, achievement on Wii. They might say "But it's online modes aren't as robust as say, Halo 3". NO! WE DON'T CARE! It's finally a great FPS on Wii with good online modes and 360 graphics , maybe not as good online as Halo 3, but it's good for Wii. If it scores low when it gets reviewed in game magazines, that will probably be the reason why.
I'm not saying this will happen, but if it does, take this into consideration.
