Good question - was pretty sure this was going to be asked. :)
Sony has elected RE: Directors Cut be priced at the premium price point for its PS1 titles. There are few PS1 titles as worthwhile as RE, so we certainly agree with that decision.
Not all Capcom title will be $9.99 - each title is evaluated on it's own.
