So i've seen the rumours flying around and been getting messages from people on my friend list about the possibility of Sony (Brace yourselves).. Making us pay for PSN. Now my one problem is, how can they give us the luxury of playing online for free, and then snatch it away from us. It would have been different if we were paying from the get go, but don't you guys think its wrong for Sony to charge for PSN usage. I mean I love the PS3, but i'll be the first to admit, the online service does not match the 360's in any way, and it doesn't seem fair. Your input please.

I would be extremely unhappy with this decision, one of the reasons I even bought a PS3 was partly due to the free online. Paying yearly may not seem like much to some people but it does to me. |

I got one of those messages too from someone on my friends list. Telling people to go to a link provided and pass on the message. I deleted it. It seems like a scam. A Chian letter. |

Most of such messages are just bull. Don't listen to rumors. Wait until Sony says something about it, if they do at all. Chances are it's not true, though.

The only thing I've seen that you need to pay for is the PlayStation Qore subscription. And probably FFXIV but that's a different story.

I high doubt this rumor i been getting messages from friends "Sony is doing a message send check send this to 20 of your friends and you will get $20" or "Halo is coming to the Ps3". Usually rumors are started by haters .

ive also gotten the send this message to 20 friends for a $20 psn credit. ive never gotten the halo on the ps3 message and whomever started it is lame, killzone is better imo. anyways i just ignore the messages.

Better not be true, though I can understand kind of because of the number of stuff they have to put up online, but I'm not sure how all that server stuff works, so ignore me. |
