I think I know what you're getting at, NST. If we're thinking the same thing, then yeah, that kind of content is not allowed to be discussed here on Unity. Has to be appropriate for Unity.

Anyways, I can't really think of some obscure ones, aside from maybe I! My! Me! Strawberry Eggs (which also wins the most "WTF, this doesn't relate to ANYTHING w/ the actual anime" title). Basically, it's Tootsie, only if it was an anime (guy needs job to pay rent, can't get it, so dresses up as girl to get job). The animation feels outdated, even though it was only 2002 & it wasn't all that great. Wasn't bad by any means, but there's SO much better anime out there.

I actually own a VHS cassette of this one obscure anime movie from the 1980's.

Anyone ever heard of Shonan Bakusozoku: Bomber Bikers Of Shonan?

Is there any particular reason as to why you want this thread closed? There's nothing wrong with it & everyone's following the rules.

Perhaps I should be more clear: I figured Neo Strider Tahj 2.0 was referring to anime that wouldn't be appropriate to talk about on Unity, so I just made a warning that since Unity needs to stay appropriate for everyone, anime that's for 18+ wouldn't be allowed. Like I said, this thread is alright & everyone's following rules.

I don't know if it's considered obscure, but 5 Centimeters Per Second is such a moving & emotional anime that I cried. The guy who made it (Makoto Shinkai) has also done some other emotional stuff, like Voices of a Distant Star.

Grave of Fireflies I guess.....the most depressing thing I've ever seen O_o

Common sense is the least common of all senses.

That's exactly what i was trying to say. If this was really the case, then it wouldn't have been made to begin with. In any event, let's try to keep it as clean as possible.Wink
