Rock Band (200euro) and Steel Battalion (100euro) I loves my big peripherals. Shame my drum pedal is broken and due to EA's horrible customer services website I haven't been able to get it replaced yet... |

The most expensive game I ever purchased was super mario world. I had to buy the SNES in order to get that game. LOL Back in those days it cost over 100 dollars. That's nothing for a console in todays time. |

I'll just list them out. I have rare games but most were bought originally from store so I won't include them.
-Halo 3 legendary 149.99 CDN -Donkey Kong Country 2 89.99(before tax) -Street Fighter Alpha 2(snes version) 79.99 Halo 2 Collector edition 79.99 Those are the only 2 snes games I bought brand new(besides yoshi's island which came with my snes) and all my other snes games and even nes games are pre-owned. Back then games cost much more. It was easy to find many stores that sold pre-owned games. There were even budget priced games at $10-25 but they were usually crap. People complain about high prices and the prices now are nothing to complain about. These ones I don't want to include since they are priced high cause of the controller they include. They still ran me quite a bit -Tekken 5 LE 95$ (from craigslist still in wrapping...ended up selling the crappy stick but kept the game) -Steel Battalion $100(bought it used and gave it to my cousin as a gift later on when he moved away...I felt sad parting with it :'( ) -360 Wheel with PGR3, NFS Carbon, Forza Motosport 2(amazing bundle that I got last boxing day sale) 99.99 I'm actually trying to get a copy of megaman x3 also. Gonna start saving up so I can get one of ebay after I buy SF4 and RE5. And I don't regret spending $150+tax on the halo 3 legendary. I bought my 360 just for halo 3 and table tennis and that's what made me go all out. All my other 360 games are ones I bargain binned from blockbuster and online trading sites. |

The most I have ever paid for a game would be Chrono Trigger; spent 75 bucks for the SNES version years ago before they put it out on PS1 as part of the Chronicles package. I'm not counting stuff like Rock Band.
Now Playing: Boarderlands (360), Dragon Age: Origins (360) and Grand Theft Auto: Episodes from Liberty City

The Japanese limited box for Valkyria Chronicles cost me about $130. Shin Megami Tensei: Digital Devil Saga, that is, an original copy (Deluxe Box) with the special box/soundtrack/etc. cost me about $110. Sealed copy of The Misadventures of Tron Bonne cost me about $90. There's a whole bunch of special editions and whatnot in the 70+ range, too.
