I'd say E.T. for the Atari 2600.
Also, Mega Man X7. Well, it's not that X7 was a bad game, but I had extremely high expectations for it, and the game ended up sucking... truthfully it's more like "below average" then "worst game ever" material, but I have a bais with that.
She sells sea shells by the sea shore. However a tidal wave's coming so she won't be doing that too much longer.

E.T. sucked because the one guy that made the game was only given six weeks to do EVERYTHING. What can you possibly expect from one man in six weeks?
My vote goes to Big Rigs. Honourable mentions go to Superman 64, Custard's Revenge, Renegade, and Buck Rogers: Planet of Zoom.
