Singapore-based cosplay photographer and deviantartist  Shiroang  does a great job of selecting the right models for the right costumes. This Guile, for example, is pretty darn spot-on, all things considered. The broom-head hair, the thick build, the speedboat nose and disdainful frown. 

Still, I can’t help but feel there’s something vaguely unsettling about this. Like it’s stuck in that uncanny valley between too  real and not quite real enough. Even though it is in fact a real person. 

But I’m no photo critic. What do you guys think?
