Previously, we posted a link to a very interesting blog on the Buddhist influences on the art design in Asura’s Wrath , courtesy of talented artist and blogger Richmond Lee, a.k.a. “Art-Eater.”

Today, we bring you Part II, wherein Lee discusses a Buddhist weapon known as the  shakujo, and the “Hungry Ghosts” that wield them. Both are featured prominently in Asura’s Wrath, as explained in this fascinating and impressively thorough article.
