By this point, it’s well accepted by American society at large and indeed, most of mankind, that Mayor Mike Haggar is not to be messed with. The man is an absolute beast, and he’s got the facial hair and pipe-flailing skills to prove it. Still, it would seem that there are some folks who haven’t gotten the memo.
