Quick impressions:



- Watch music levels: pretty high in the beginning.

- Try to eliminate the static background noise. Makes it hard to listen to.

- I know you're introducing yourselves, but not many people care about FF XI anymore, especially when you're talking about FPS's.

- Strong southern accent is hard to get used to, everyone sounds the same.

- Someone just got into the fighting scene? It's going to be hard to take a n00b's opinions seriously.

- Japanese piracy reaction joke was weak, and will offend.

- "Ain't no **** getting in the way of me and my Halo". That's going to offend people too. You're looking to alienate yourself too early.

- Losing interest at 20:03 mark. I just noticed the podcast is an hour and a half. Where's the beef?

- Someone just mentioned playing God of War I and II... in 2009?



It's not a bad first attempt, but I would definitely plan everything out on paper. Focus on game knowledge, a consistent balance between news, introductions, and opinions, etc. Try to appeal to non southern folk, japanese and girl jokes aren't necessary. Definitely look into established podcasts, and try to analyze how they organize their content, so you can implement your own style.
