Sigh.... Mega Man. What can I say about you? Mega man has been more of a friend and a brother to me than any other game character to date. There is just something about the little blue guy that makes me feel at peace. That all the world is right. I have been an avid fan of this series since I was four years old, and make a note of being proud that I was born in 1987, same year as Rockman. So as I have aged, so has Mega Man. But where I have changed into a new person, Mega Man has stayed the same and somehow remained fresh and "cool". I love Mega Man, and I always have... always will. No matter what iteration: Classic, X, Zero, ZX, Legends, .EXE, or Star Force... these games have consistently inspired creativity in me. Mega Man made me pick up a game controller, a guitar, a pencil. I became a 2D and 3D artist, a bass player, and a gamer all because of Inafune's golden... or shall I say blue boy. I have been a loyal fan, collector, and player of the series over the past 17 years and have devoted a part of my life to it. I don't know where I would be without Mega Man. Probably in a much more boring and dreary place than I am. To Mega Man, Capcom, and Inafune... I say Thank You. Thank you for being such a big part of my life. I grew up with this... and yet as newer and shinier gaming systems came and went, I always had my NES and SNES hooked up for one of those days when I was feeling the itch in my buster arm finger, because in my life, Mega Man is the only thing that can make the Blues, truely awesome. Submitted for your approval is my collection, as well as some early 3D art of mine that I did of the classic MM2 Robot Masters. Thank you again. Keep going strong Mega Man. Love MM9 and here is looking forward to 10.
