Update: Clarifications have been made after the jump.

And we finally arrive to our mystery week! If you recall, last week's hint was Mega Man 8 character, Duo. What it meant was a duo, as in a collaboration on a project. This week there are no robot masters left to focus on, but I thought it'd be a great idea to have you folks pair up for collaboration pieces on ANYTHING related to Mega Man 10.

How will this work? It's simple! Send me a private message with the subject "I WANT IN" and we will randomly pair you with another artist. We are aware that artists have different skill levels, but that's part of the challenge with this collaboration piece.

It's sort of like science class projects in high school when you were paired up with random classmates.

You don't have to enter if you don't want to obviously, but just know that you will be randomly paired up with someone if you do.

You and your partner will have two weeks to collaborate on a piece! At the end of the two weeks, I will assemble a Capcom team (which may include Capcom Japan) and we will choose a winning piece.

The winners of this particular contest will receive a pair of Mega Man and Proto Man Kubricks and Be@rbricks. This contest is meant to be fun and is separate from the main one.

Voting for the finals for the main contest will start as planned next week.

Please let me know if you will be participating by 12:00PM PDT tomorrow!

Finally, since you will most likely be collaborating long distance over the internet, digital art will probably be the only practical way to collaborate. Keep this in mind if you decide to sign up. 

To clarify a few points

+ At the end of the first week, you will have the option to continue with or leave your current partner so it's a good idea to start talking to them as soon as the partners are announced. If you and your patner are just not working out, this will be the opportunity to let me know via PM. I will attempt to resolve this, but it will be handled on a case by case basis.

+ If we end up with an odd number of entries, there may be one team of three, or a team of one. There's no real other solution to this.

+ This should go without saying but, this IS an art contest so experience in creating art is a must (for the sanity of your partner).
