Capcom Japan has recently put up a new web page detailing the touch screen controls for Super Street Fighter IV 3D for the Nintendo 3DS. You'll be able to assign moves and combos for up to four buttons on the touch screen. One touch ultra combos and spinning bird kicks, anyone?
