Mega Man 2 on the Virtual Console receives a 9.5!

Are you all excited as I am for the release of Mega Man 9? Well, I know the anticipation is killing you. Here's what you do. Go download Mega Man 2 on the Virtual Console. Play all weekend to get your skills up to par. Then download Mega Man 9 and be a speed run master. Who knows, maybe there will be leaderboards or scoreboards for that kind of stuff. I'm just sayin', it would be cool, wouldn't it?

Anyway, read this review of Mega Man 2. 9.5??? What? If any game deserves a 10...

Personally, I'd rank MM2 a 10, better than any of the others. Although, 1, 3, and 4 are not far behind it at all. Even though I own the game already, I think I might buy it on Virtual Console just for the hell of it, hah.

After blasting through Normal, I'll be taking on Difficult this weekend - and going through MM1 for good measure... Man, monday can't possibly come soon enough.

Agreed deserves a 10. I remember buying that game from a video game kiosk in the mall so many years ago.

I don't get how this one didn't get a little higher, 9.5 is nothing to scoff about but still, Mega Man 2 was and still is absolutely incredible. I can understand being a little stingy about giving about perfect 10's, but if any classic game deserves it, it's this one.
