Capcom @ Anime Expo: it's on!

Grant and intrepid still-not-a-real-boy intern Gerald are currently knee-deep in Naruto fans at the LA Convention Center, as Anime Expo 2009 is officially on and crazytime. As you can see, the boys are making friends at the Capcom booth, showing off Tatsunoko VA Capcom Ultimate All-Stars and snapping photos of Capcom-flavored cosplayers. Are you going to the con this weekend? Will you be wearingCapcom regalia? If so, stop by so we can snap an image of your soul and paste it on Capcom Unity for all to see, just like these here folks. Why Nathan can't swim: Kotaku does laps around various games

Stephen T of Kotaku (ne MTv Multiplayer) just posted an interesting piece on why swimming either sucks, kills you or is eventually removed from most video games (barring those starring Aquaman, of course). Stephen fired some email at Mr. B. Judd regarding Nathan Spencer's inability to backstroke his way to victory: turns out that a gigantic metal arm is not actually a flotation device. Read up on deep thougts about dog paddling from industry luminaries like Ben Judd, Pete Wanat, Dave Perry and Darren Bridges from Sucker Punch.

Even if I don't get a reply I have to keep trying! But I was wondering if there is going to be any contests to invite Unity members to Comic-con, even if its one day because Thursday was the only day I didn't get tickets to go plus they are sold out.

I'll wash all Capcom employees car to get in! I'll pay if I have to.

Im also going to cosplay as a different Capcom EVERY DAY minus Thursday if I can't get in.

Well, here is hoping my luck changes :o

Yeah, GL has been DC's only consistent book for awhile. I thought Secret Invasion was a little disappointing, but Marvel's had me hooked since Morrison's X-Men and Bendis/Maleev Daredevil

Yes! You will Love The Flash the Rebirth! Ethan Van Sciver's art....man! I'm really glad Barry is back!Wally was a Great Flash,but when he got married and had kids it really slowed him down.Barry,Hal,Cater,Ollie,it's starting to feel like the old days again! They just gotta get Ronnie(Firestorm)back! and Bruce too,which is a given!
