Takeuchi-san and Kawat-san, co-producers on Resident Evil 5, were recently in LA to oversee the recording sessions for the RE5 musical score. The score was composed by Kota Suzuki and performed by the 103-piece Hollywood Studio Symphony at a Fox sound studio. Check out Scoring Sessions for a ton of pictures and an on-the-stage update.
Neat, I'm looking forward to hearing it all. The style they set in Outbreak with the music is really good, though I do kind of miss the synthesizer stuff from RE1,2,3, the conducted music is much nicer and helps the mood of the game.
