An inspired Unity member distills the Capcom Arcade Cabinet experience into a flashy, physical display

Perhaps you remember the CACstravaganza we through a while back in honor of Capcom Arcade Cabinet and Capcom’s 30th Anniversary? Well, SAEXZERO sure as hell does! We’ve previously asked you guys to whip up modern box art for those 17 original games that Capcom cut its coin-op teeth on, to both beautiful and/ or hilarious results . But SAEXZERO , however, embarked on such an elaborate tribute, he’s only just now put the finishing touches on the thing. BEHOLD: A fantastic physical salute to the glory days of arcade gaming !

Not only did SAEXZERO whip up a wonderful little Capcom Arcade Cabinet arcade cabinet, complete with new character art and glowing LED displays, he went to the trouble of cobbling together a teensy-weensy, 80s-themed Capcom room to house the thing in. This is absolutely splendid. So much so, it’s the kind of thing that actually makes me want have children just so I can put them to bed next to a blue and pink arcade night light. Come to think of it… I’m off to patent the Arcade Nightlight!
