The problem with the newly released SSFIV ‘Ultra Challengers Pack 1’ & ‘Ultra Costume Catalog 1’ DLC on Xbox Live has been now resolved and is now able to be purchased!

We at Capcom will be working more closely with Microsoft not to have the same problem with future DLC costume packs.
