Many online multiplayer games have various modes of combat. It would be fun to get some extra game modes in beyond post grab and elimination. Of course there could be a king of the hill variation of Post grab. Only one post and you have to convert it (probably shorter conversion of like 3 button presses) but since it's only one post the other team will be on your ass all the time. Also the weapon discussion has caused some issues to come up. In Lost planet there were rocket launcher only games. We could definately bring that back, but make sure it's clear. The game comes up rocket launcher only, or Heavy weapons start. But make sure people can see the difference. Make sure that several of the weapon variant games could come up, like rockets, but also sniper, machine gun, and shotgun. Another variant game could be a harmonizer game, where people get there t-eng and can use the harmonizer to heal if they don't get killed before they can use it. It might also be fun to get a VS capture game. Where there are 4 or 5 slow moving but invulnerable VS in the middle that carry crates of supplies. Each team has to get someone into one and move it to a goal area. The pilot seat would have to be open to keep pilots vulnerable to knockout methods, but maybe there could be a flat space for people to stand with the shield to try and defend against some attacks. |

I did kind of leave that statement open for interpretation. It could go either way. Both modes would keep your harmonizer at all times. Constant healing would have to be excluded from the modes. I could see where constant healing would cause issues quickly. Your healing would be when you are activating your harmonizer only. If there is constant healing then I could easily imagine the system getting abused by people and cheats and would keep people at full life unless you drain all their T-eng. The way to make the mode work otherwise would be if you made T-eng drain constantly or not. If you have the energy draining constantly, then people wouldn't be able to stock up on energy all the time. Most people would be running around at 0. It would make you have to do something to get energy and heal up when you get wounded. As long as there would be ways to get T-eng off of VS, or enemies, or some way other then generators, this would work out well, though it would make energy weapons a pain for use in those games. The other way to run it would be no constant drain of T-eng. It would only get used when you activate your harmonizer. It would allow for people to stockpile energy, and wouldn't make energy weapons difficult to use. It might still be a better way since dropping T-eng from players and VS in competetive games might be difficult to set up. |

Just saw a video of the game multiplayer looks fun (would be cool if they added maps from the first game) But still need to get a Ps3 *waits for black Friday* |
