while making a sequel, you have to take a look at the things that didn't work out so well, and find ways to improve.

well can you at least make the game ready to have it as a download if things go wrong any way?.... Still i would love to see a "great host" or "respect" button so people can see when  that persone is hosting a game they wil go in to a steady and fun room that will refil in a blink of an eye.

still (i see this work in other games) a ban or eject out of the group button wil alwais help when you have a player that is perposly disturbing the game (sorry for the bad english.. im dutch and dislectic).

Hello,

Lag switching has to be one of the top three problems in online play today. Taking a quick look at other blockbusters and you will see the same issues. Experienced developers realize that a solution to this problem cannot be coded into a title, so they do the next best thing and allow for K/B. Attempts have been made to correct this through sound development but that hasn’t worked well or has unintended consequences that do not account for network variability. This comment isn’t meant as a slap to Capcom, everyone’s in the same boat with the lag problem. maiky-nisute also makes a very important point, there is no insulting, match ruining 15 year old network detector that I know of. K/B him and allow him a few decades to grow up (if he is able to that is). I don't view that as a halfway solution, I view that as a company that listens to the market.

i couldnt ever get into the fugitive mode, to me it feel like a half completed game mode. i think a guardian game mode would work really well in this kind of game, anyone thats played gears2 should know what im talking about. and for those that dont its a game mode where both teams have a leader, as long as the leaders alive the team re-spawns after death, once the leaders dead no more re-spawns. and it becomes a team elimination match.

i really liked the capture the flag mode and data post grab, id really like them to come up with a few more cooperative game modes for those who dont care to play free for all or team elimination games.

the group i played with played almost exclusivley post grab and capture the egg modes through MLG and it was alot of fun.

You're talking me around to the idea, EightTree (the kick/ban issue)...  It's just that I played a lot of G.R.A.W. in its day, and rorting was rife.

And while I remember - how crushing!  I'd played in so many of your rooms on LP:EC - and even during my short stint on Colonies - its not funny!  You were one of the few non-Rifle, non-Rocket Launcher hosts (most of the time).  *sniffles, as the violins begin to play* All that time being 2nd and 3rd on the LP:EC Leaderboards without even getting the Fugitive achievement to prove I didn't do it the cheap way...I damn-near killed meself I played that game so much!

Children should be seen and not heard.

Hello,

I still play LPEC as my primary online game... and still host TE machine gun matches. One of these days I hope to get some full room player matches going with some old school invites like WhiteKong360, DeathStryder, Fenashie, etc. If you ever play LPEC anymore and are up for a MC match I can accommodate that.

Can you do so that you can see Enemies in a different color? That all åre red in the radar makes it only worse, hard to know who is who.

Hope you to give out new information on Lost Planet 2 as soon as possible. Can not stop F5 every game site. Undecided

Why would it make a difference who is who? An enemy is an enemy...unless you want NAMES on the radar, which is a dumb idea (oh look, he's better than me so I better stay away from him - this train of thought is bad for the game).

No game I know does this, and it's for the better. The way it is now (names appearing when you're aiming at it with a weapon that has enough range to target enemy) is just like any other game...only thing that 'should' change is long names or alternating caps/lower-case names that are annoying to see when there are multiple enemies around the player. The name will be covering a width-full of the screen.

I lol'd?

Those in my team is red in the radar, if I run out of the red team, and enemies are blue in the radar. So you know if a friend, when you do not see, for example, when someone will receive a behind.

What you can do is turn your camera to that side and see if you see any team mates' name. Subtract the # of red dots to the # of team mates.

Problem solved - but that would make it a bit easier as you don't even have to turn your camera to look.
