snow love the demo its the best game i ever played and its just a demo. but how long is the game. please make it long. i heard the rumors 20 hours that will be sweet. also will u add downlable levels for new bosses to fight like war of warcraft
Overall it's hard to judge the length of gameplay. It's really on your own style of play through. With all the customization possibilities and replay value, there's no specific number to pin it down to. But, if it helps you imagine, there's far more content in LP2 than there was in Lost Planet Colonies.
BTHR Zero X said that when you enter a match, your class will be chosen for you. So if the Host chooses Heavy Weapons, you will play as your Heavy Weapons class. If the Host chooses Sniper, you will play as your sniper class etc.
Can we enter a match where our class isn't chosen and we decide who we want to play as? So when the game begins I decide to be Close Quarters, then I die, and when I respawn I decide to play as a Sniper. Will this be an option or will we always have our class determined?
Zero's got his information wrong there... Not sure where he got it from, but we haven't talked about how your custom character (more specifically your custom weapons) fit into the online gameplay. Stay tuned.
Here is an odd question. Do you think you could convince a few of the developers to let you sneak out a few more screenshots?
I'm sure we would all get some great kicks from a little extra media. Perhaps a couple of developer's favorite outfits for their snow pirate. Maybe a great VS rush on a pirate or nevec/whoever base.
You know screenshots that won't reveal a great ammount of things that are being kept under wraps, but some teasers.
It may sound like an easy thing, but taking screenshots has it's own process of approvals and such. That said, of course we'll be doing more. We want to show off our game as much as we can!

Don't mean to sound too harsh but that would be a really bad idea. The weapons in the game are not balanced enough (and not meant to be) for that. Everyone would take either rifle or rockets everytime because they're power weapons. It's not like cod where the weapons are all made to be more or less balanced.

nope its already been stated within several topics that hosts going to have god-like powers in LostPlanet2 just like they had in LostPlanet1. so no you can't play you're character how you want, you're going to have to get on you're knees and pleasure the host for that right..
however! it has been stated that you're characters going to have stats, and that weapons may or may not have stats. so you can atlest give you're character certain advantages in multiplayer like being able to bring up a data post faster (example used by Snow).
I don't know where you are getting this information from. Extraneous Website 'X' says host has godlike powers, Capcom employee 'Snow' says all information on multiplayer is being held off for now. Lost Planet 2 is being developed by Capcom, not Extraneous Website 'X'. Hmm, who should I believe?

Just be patient
Well, not "all" info on multiplayer is being held off... It's just the vast majority of the questions you guys want answers to we can't say anything about yet.
So, Snow. Question from me then. Since we kind of know now it's release is Spring 2010 and all...does that mean in the months between March to May correct?
There is a difference between those who know the path and those who walk it. I belong to the warrior in whom the old ways have joined the new.

Really? Damn...I prefer it where the guns are all balanced, where they have their advantages and disadvantages. That might mean the top rank players will have advantages because they've unlocked more guns.
Quick Question Snow: Are the guns balanced or are they like what Emu said, not balanced? Yes, no or can't be said?
