Alrighty! Well most of you guys have probably already seen the Universe Sizzle trailer released on the new Lost Planet 2 Website. Well anyways, this thread is for gathering all the info about the Customization portion. Also to help a little, both Robotboot and I uploaded a few screenshots of the Customization Screens.

Also, just for a little Compare contrast of Lost Planet 1's Customization to Lost Planet 2's Customization, here it is:

Anyway here a few facts about the customization:

As you can see in this picture - You'll see the name of the article of clothing along with "Femme Fatale" or just "F.F." That basically just means that it's the female version of the clothing(A.K.A. Sexy version)

You can also interchange male and female parts, so the top half is female, but the bottom half is of male clothing!

In the customization menu, you can customize your weapons, taunts, and clothing!

The Weapons:

The weapon selection is composed of 10 Categories; 5 grenades, and 5 guns.

Grenades are sectioned as Normal, Gum, Plasma, Release, and disc.

Weapons are classified as Short Range, Long Range, support, Standard, and Heavy Weapons. Your weapons are upgradable, as you can start from a Plasma Rifle, to a Plasma Rifle SP which has a faster rate of fire!

You can also fire your weapons in the customization menu!

The Taunts:

You are able to assaign a total of 8 different taunts at a time, and there are over 100 taunts to choose from, most of them require you to unlock them, by finding them, or buying them using credits you in earn in campaign mode! You can also press "A" on Xbox, or "X" on Playstation 3 to preview the taunt in the customization screen!

If you don't feel like choosing the taunts yourself, you can even have the game choose them randomly for you!

The Clothes:

So, you have all of your gear, but your not going to just run around E.D.N. III naked...are you? Wait, don't answer that... Well, you might as well have on some cool gear with your giant Rocket launcher right? So let's go on over to clothing customization!

Your clothes are seperated into 4 parts, Head, Torso, Legs, and Backpack.Your backpack could be various things, a fuel tank, a giant shuriken, and even a giant teddy Bear!

Along with the four sections, Male and Female parts are interchangeable, and you can choose a color gradiant for each part of clothing.

You can also save a particular outfit, to put back on later using the list of "Preset Models" you make and save!

 Emblems:

Little is still known about this, but you can have titles such as "Novice" depending on your level. You can also choose from emblems of things for your character.
