I notice supers are rarely used in Sf4, so why not just take them out and replace them with a more powerful EX. Call it EX2 or EX+. Instead of two buttons, you would use 3. It would be very similar to an Lvl.1 super in A3.

Example(s): Guile: EX sonic Boom is a sonic boom which does two hits and does a little more damage. EX+ is a mini Sonic Hurricane like in Alpha. His EX+ Flash Kick would also be similar to his lvl.1 Flask Kick Super in A3.

Example with a new character: Gouken. We’ll discuss his reversal. His EX reversal tracks both low and high, however, it doesn’t reverse/counter special moves such as dragon uppercuts or Tiger Knee. However EX+ gives him that ability to do as such. EX+ Fireball would allow the user to throw 3 fireballs and allows the user to input what direction the second and third fireball goes. LP: Straight, MP: upward, FP: fake. OR another great thing about EX+ fire ball is that it can be charged for two massive fireballs.

Those are just some small character specific examples I came up with.

A little more about EX+.

• For every EX, there is the ability for a EX+.
• EX flashes Yellow, while EX+ flashes Red.
• Regular EXs take one block of super meter; EX+ takes two blocks like a FADC.
• Unlike a EX, all EX+ have the ability to be FADC, thus granting longer flashy juggles while retaining depth.  Another quick Character Example: Honda. EX+ hands would float the opponent up… sort of like Chun-Li’s EX kicks, thus giving you a chance to combo in Honda’s ultra.

 Now would regular EX’s need to be a tad toned down to compensate EX+. Probably on a few character EXs. Example EX Tiger uppercut no longer grants a free ultra afterwards. EX+ TU knocks the opponent up further and has more invincible frames.

This is just a very, very rough (call it a draft if you will)  idea I had for Juli, if she was to be in SF4. Just thought it up today.

Juli/Julia Prologue:

During the Street Fighter (II) Tournament, Bison and T.Hawk fought, but Bisons's psycho power overwhelmed T.Hawk. Hawk was defeated and badly injured. However, Bison was defeated and the threat that once was had vanquished, thus T.Hawk (Juli helping him back) was able to return home knowing the threat was over for now. Juli vows to never let this happen to him or anyone else again.

Several years pass, and T.Hawk has taken her under his wing, teaching her the old ways of combat. Something is amiss in the air, the birds remain quite the winds have become stale with foul air. Word has spread of a returning threat... one named bison. T.Hawk rises to the challenge to finally put the demon to rest, but unfortunately he has not fully recovered. Julia pleads with T.Hawk to let her put an end to this threat once and for all, not only for what Bison has done to the tribe and T.Hawk, but to finally put an end to her nightmares. T.hawk has taught her all that he knows, he reluctantly agrees to let her go on this quest, but he remains watchful at all times (basically looking over her shoulder).

Description:

Julia is beautiful, yet brawny; A build of an athlete, with the looks of a goddess.  She still has a slight few of her previous alpha moves, while combined/intertwined with T.Hawk's teachings (moves), which has turned her into quite the cohesive fighter.

Mid Boss

Bison is her next to last boss. He has no real recollection of who she is...emotions of anger emerge as Julia says a few words of her past ::Juni/Juli flashbacks:: and he starts to remember. Bison starts taunting her by calling her ‘a doll', and states once he finishes this fight that will be her purpose in life once again, to do his bidding.

Bison defeat: Bison is broken and is laid out on the floor. Julia looks around and sees various containers and tubes', realizing this is some sort of lab/base. Unpleasant recollective thoughts :testing/lab flash backs: of a painful past fills her mind, REVENGE, ELIMINATE THE TARGET. :her pupils shrink: her mind set has become of the assassin Juli once again. She lifts Bison up, she raises her hand for the final blow. :she strikes:

"JULIA!", a voice from the dark cries out. Her hand inches from Bisons throat. "Is this what you really want?"... T.Hawk emerges from the shadows... Juli' head turns toward the voice, her lifeless like eyes veering at T.Hawk. "Commercing attack" Juli replies

: she strikes with a flying kick:

T.Hawk barely dodges the kick, and quickly grabs her. He hugs her :juli struggles to get out:  and whispers, "You are Julia of the Arrario tribe", :struggling:  It's over, let us go back ... home... Julia. :struggling stops:  The life slowly coming back into her eyes, She faces T.Hawk , tears roll down her eyes, "I'm so sorry", she replies, and they embrace.

 A dark voice

"Home is HERE, where you shall remain for the rest of your lives" :Bison slowly gets back to his feet: "You both will make for a nice new body, as I will live on FOREVER!" :bison's slowly creeps back and starts to charge up for a psycho crusher.

 :Bison starts to lunge with the crusher:

:T.Hawk quickly shields Julia:

:rippppp:

T.Hawk awaiting the blow, yet it never comes. He opens his eyes, turns/looks, and is horrified.

:hand through bisons chest:

Bison is in a state of shock, Bison, "you...why..?". The tall towering figure replies, "why...why not?". He recoils his hand from the chest cavity leaving a gaping fatal hole.

:Bison falls to his knees and elbows coughing blood:
