I finally had my computer fixed.  I can be active on Capcom-Unity again!  Yay, me!  Expect more blogs than ever before!  Now in 3-D*!

Has there ever been something that you've been interested in, but you never got around to checking it out?  It doesn't have to be a video game.  Maybe watching a movie, going somewhere special, or whatever.  Let me tell you...  If you're interested, GOOO!!!  You only live once!

For me, Monster Hunter has always been one of those things.  It looks fun and looks like something that I know I would get wrapped up in if I tried it out.  As the name of this blog indicates, this is a diary.  A diary of a hunter.  So, yeah... I have tried it, and it is fantastic!

I started out about a week ago.  At first (and still now), everything is very intimidating.  There is so much stuff to do.  I finished all of the training, which includes trying out all the weapons and different types of items.  Out of the different weapon types, I'm liking the dual blades.  Some of the bigger stuff is just too slow, and I have trouble hitting monsters with them.  Although, I do like the extra effects of the Horns.

Up to now, I have only finished the training, the 1 star level quests, and an "Urgent Quest" to kill a Giadrome.  I don't know what to do next.  I have so many choices.  I like doing the quests for now.  It's fun finding new items (from monsters or just in the area).  I don't know what they all do, but I am super excited to learn.  I'm curious about fishing (something I loved doing in Okami and FFXI). 

This game is awesome.  I guarantee you will like it if you try it out.  I finally did, and I am not disappointed in any way possible... other than I'm not playing it right now!

I had originally seen the trailer for "Knowing" starring Nicolas Cage, and thought, "That looks neat.  I like stuff like that."  Then, I saw the logo/posters/etc.  Yeah, total Lost Planet and Lost Planet 2 rip-off.  Now I have to see it!

You be the judge...  Well, another judge.  I have already judged.  Today shall be called, "Day of Judging..."  Wait, no.  "JUDGMENT DAY!"

While celebrating America's freedom, I was almost united with the new MH for PSP.  Almost.  I practically had it in my hands at Target.  Then, I thought, "Wait, not yet.  I have to wait for the right time."  The right time, of course being when I'm not constantly playing Red Faction: Guerilla.  That game is so fantastic!  One day, my friends... one day!
