Agreed, I play the DC version on my Dreamcast and on my PC with my arcade stick, but to have this game for online matches and upgraded to look good on my 47" HDTV makes it worth the buy. Also, I believe EVERYONE who loved this game should get it just to show support and hopefully "wow" capcom into going after the rights to make a Marvel vs. Capcom 3~! |

Not just for the online play, (which would make it worth it alone anyway,) but from the demo I noticed that it was formatted for a wider screen TV. Wider screen means a wider playing field, which I think is a plus. Not sure the graphics will get a significant overhaul, but the formatting on its own is enough to sell me. Besides, It's important to remind people that Capcom is a very 'bottom line,' kind of company. The better MVC2 sells in this re-release, the more likely it is that they'll do an MVC3... Food for thought. I'll be buying it just as soon as it comes out. |

if you are a fan of this game you should not have to be told if it worth it... To play against other people is enough to get this game ...
