Give them time to make a quality patch, once everyone keeps asking for it human tendancy is to rush to finish the product and mistakes will be made. Just relax play with the disadvantages and take solace in knowing when the patch comes you will be that much more prepared. |

Trust me there are ALOT of things the patch is going to fix because the psn version is CRAP right now. The enormous amount of glitches like, slowdowns when scrolling through the menus, the character selection going on in the background while you're still at the match screen, and the game freezes both itself AND THE PS3 when your refreshing for custom matches.
I cannot believe that capcom pushed back the psn release date 2 weeks back for this crap. But Im going to cut Capcom some slack since of been on other sites and they mostly blame Backbone for this. |

We're getting pretty close to finishing development on the patch. I'll be making a update on the contents sometime in the next few days. |

* hug * i also hope the servers are all being reset. Too many tagequitting cheaters on PSN and Xbox Live leaderboards are glitched up the wazoo. |

Hmmm....how would you rather have it? Reset the boards or not? So the current bug with the wins/loss/ratings is that they are showing wacky scores or the wins/losses are no longer accumulating. The fix will correct the stats to the players true stats when the patch is applied the next time they play ranked mode. So my question to you is, do you want the leaderboards reset or not. A- When the patch rolls, do not reset the boards and let the wins/losses/ratings fix themselves. This way, users will still have all of their wins losses. B- When the patch rolls, reset everyone's score to zero. Even in a perfect world, leaderboards will tend to stagnate because the people at the top will eventually pull so far ahead, there will be no motivation to try and top them. Let me know what you think. BTW, I'm going to amend the title of this thread so people will know I'm asking for input. |
