Is it this? If I remember correctly, this isn't in the Xbox 360 or PS3 versions.

At any rate, it's a banned glitch in serious play, since there really isn't anything you can do about it. Either ask him or her to not use it, or just don't play him/her anymore if he/she keeps on doing it.

It's done differently in that you'd have to hack the code and recompile it. In other words, it's been taken out of the PSN/XBLA release.
