There are other factors that play a role in connections such as the distance of the connection, psn network problems, i have also noticed my connection is not as strong in the rain than when its not, other network issues, ive also heard mics play a bit of a factor although i dont use a mic so i dont know....my point is sometimes factors arent under a persons control and just because certain problems dont exist for you does not mean they dont exist for the opponent and they should not be penalized because of it. I like the disconnect percentage idea but i dont think its as cut and dry as any type of disconnect equals loss.
