I kinda hope it is. I mean I'm getting sick & tired of Capcom continuously making & releasing more Mega Man games. The plot of the franchise itself is messed up with so many plot holes & unexplained things as it is. Do we really need more ZX games? I guess maybe 1 more would be good but then again, maybe not? With the Zero series, Capcom at least continued the story from each game, whereas the ZX series seems to simply be s continuatioin from the Zero series but each game (ZX and ZX Advent) started off with 2 new main characters instead of continuing with the 2 others. The way that ZX Advent ends (I've seen it on YouTube)...it kinda leaves no room to continue on with the ZX Advent main characters. I think that Capcom should stop with the Mega Man games all together and maybe go back and redo the Mega Man, Mega Man X, and Mega ManZero, and Mega Man ZX games. - updated graphics...revised scripts...endings that make sense...fill in some plot holes |

=) You would think that but with Capcom's track-record of how crazy they've continued to make the plot of the Mega Man games (all of them), I would assume that MEGA MAN ZX 3 would introduce a new pair of characters and get released on the Nintendo DS. >_> |

I'm a huge mega man fan but honestly, Advent kind of killed any excitement I'd have for a future mega man zx game. It suffers from over-stylization, repetitious dialog and ambigious endings. I wasn't even a big fan of ZX either but that one seemed to play better. I remember a time where I was totally enamored with Mega Man games but the recent portables simply seem like more of the same drag**** never ending material. HOWEVER MEGAMAN 2 & 9 ON THE WII WILL RULE!!!

I definitely they they should make a new series but that fills in the holes on all the story gaps. For example they could make one that happened before Mega Man zero but after Mega Man X, and so on. |

ZX3 wouldn't fill the gap between ZX and Dash. They would need ZX to have like 5 more games before they could fill the gap. |

As I recall, the guidebook which gave Legends a place in time said "several thousand years after the X series," (at which time I don't believe we had ZX or Zero-- only one of the latter, if any, I think) and "several" denotes at least two or more, usually more than two, but "fewer than many."
