Anyway Bass in E.X.E cuz Bass is stated to be the ultimate Net Navi and the God of Destruction,but in the Original and X Zero would be stronger,but I'll say they are about even if Bass becomes stronger enough to rival with MegaMan.

this is a toughie but Bass does need his own spinoff , just cause Zero has one , but Im siding Zero Cause he has the Z saber, but if it were'nt for  Bass , Zero wouldnt Exist -to an extent

Well since the Reploids are better than the Robots then maybe,but we'll never know.

Bass does have Treble to fuse with and Zero is only strong when he turns bad or becomes insane like in X5, but Zero does have alot of mad skills and techniques and he have fought a lot of powerful enemies from X4-X Command Mission.He wasnt strong before he got his Z-Saber but he had a killer instinct within him if unleashed he can even destroy MegaMan and Bass cuz I remember in a Sprite Flash Animation Video I saw when Zero was under Wiley's control and he fought Bass,who was revived after he was destroyed by MegaMan.Bass was more powerful than ever cuz they used the latest Reploid technology and this took place during the the creation of Reploids and it was Sigma who brought him back using some of battle data made him stronger to stop Zero,but he wasnt strong even to beat him instead they were evenly matched until Zero unleashed his ultimate attack on both MegaMan and Bass but Bass took more damage and because of it he got his memory back and recognized MegaMan and didnt even care about Zero as so Zero who cared about tearring MegaMan apart and now MegaMan had to fight them both off without nones help saying how in one of the past season Bass Revenge Bass killed both Dr.Light and Roll and with his army of Wiley machines and Robots annihilated all Dr.Light's creations,technology,and any Robot siding with MegaMan like Duo and the only survivors were MegaMan and ProtoMan.Since ProtoMan was to busy arguing with the humans that Sigma and Bass cant be trusted and to Sigma saying that reviving Bass was a mistake,but when he found out his little bro was in trouble he go out to help him,but will he reach there in time before Zero and Bass both rip him apart.All MegaMan has to fight them is the Rush Booster.Thats all I saw I havent seen the next video yet.

This is how I would continue the flash movie,MegaMan loses to both of them,but gave up a good fight and Zero and Bass began fighting around the entire city causing damage everywhere the fight continued,but ProtoMan saves him and bring him to the base to have the dudes repair himAnd this is how I would end it,Zero turns on Wiley and kill him,but he somehow saved his memory and his mind in a computer to escape,MegaMan fights Zero but is losing until ProtoMan using Wiley's shut sequence for Zero activates it shutting down Zero,Bass who everyone thought was killed by Zero comes in and destroy all of Wiley's Robots who still worked for him and all of his technology on a rampage looking for Zero,ProtoMan died fighting Bass, MegaMan goes out to avenge ProtoMan and he wins but Bass uses the healing ability that they gave him and MegaMan dont have the strenght to continue as for Bass who is ready for a rematch,Bass upset that Zero was already defeated and MegaMan isnt a challenge any more reactivates him again and Bass go on to fighting him again but this time winning,MegaMan noticed that Zero is charging up for a final attack tries to stop Bass,Zero unleashes his final ultimate attack destroying everything in Wiley's base including Bass and MegaMan,and 100 years later after the incident a bunch of Reploid search team found and recovered Zero's body in a capsule in the rubble and also in the rubble is MegaMan's and ProtoMan's helmet with the mystery of Bass and one of the guys said how the other search team dscovered another capsule with a reploid in it,but it the end when MegaMan's helmet glowed some letters and texts came up saying some random computer words and finally said"Activating Project Light;Codename:MegaMan X_"
