If going off facts and canon, considering that Dr. Wily created Zero- hinted at in the MM2: The Power Fighters- based on the designs of Bass, but vastly improved, then technically Zero is "better". But if you're asking which one is our favorite...I'd pick Bass. He's got a freakin' wolf-bot companion. |

I'll say they're even in terms of which one I like more but realistically as in which is stronger Zero obliterates him. Although in BN Bass is my favorite and Zero is pretty useless in BN so I'd say tie. |
