Yes, this is a April Fool's Joke. Laid on very think. But might as well discuss it.

Looking through those pic in my Album, they are of a Racing variation game. Similar to what Battle and Chase was, that was the source of inspiration. But obviously it is false. But how do/would you feelabout this?

Really?  Someone actually expected people to fall for such an obvious joke?  I mean, all the art is chibi-fied for Christ sake.


Anyway, a Mega Man based Mario Kart could be kinda cool, I guess.

I just saw this thread and just saw the pics right now. A chibi style ZX racer, I think I would kind of enjoy.

Hm... well, if this was real I might of enjoyed it.


I did get a good kick out of Battle and Chase.


Still, while it worked in the Classic series, I don't quite get how we would buy into the idea of a workable story with ZX as a racing game.

She sells sea shells by the sea shore. However a tidal wave's coming so she won't be doing that too much longer.

This would be fun if it was small, charming, addictive, and multi player.


From all the discussions on the board, It seems that people really like the ZX characters and universe.  With that kind of following, I think many of us would like to roleplay our favorite characters chasing down the track!


Or perhaps this could be MM battle and chase done right.  Mario cart + weapons is not going to cut it.  What would a MM cart game need to stand out?
