That shadow is nothing more than parts of the ruined Ragnarok. Zero did not survive. Nothing could have. Even Weil (whom has regenerative Armor *hint*).

Zero died to make way for the ZX series, to which Model Z exists. Otherwise, the Zero 4 ending would be ruined, ZX series would be ruined and any basterd instalment would not be as good as the original 4 titles.

The object has more geometric shabing to be a person or reploid. It has no biological shapping. Thus with my points above, it is nothing of a being.

Re-entering the atmosphere, there are flare hollows where burining residue is present on the outskirts of the object entering. His helmet survived because it was present within this hollow. During the impact the helmet still survived due to it being a helmet. Zero's body burned up, was consumed by the explosion of the Ragnarok Core and by the full impact within the planet.

Nothing on that Station survived physically.

Zero never died in Zero series. It was Hyper Sleep. Ciel used a Cyber Elf to awaken him. Much different than revival... And Ciel 'DID' revive him. It is called model Z. MegaMan ZX in essence IS Zero 5. The only thing between Zero 4 and ZX is the time of peace and the rise of new conflict. Nuff said.
