Err... are you expecting an answer game-wise or in opinions? It'd be kind of cool if Cepheus was the in-game brother for Geo, but I'm not sure how that one would work. Kind of hard to keep in-touch when your friend's planet is near the center of the galaxy.

The awkward part of it is that BrotherBands are formed between two peoples' terminal devices. Cepheus doesn't have a Transer, Star Carrier, or Hunter-VG, so there's no real way to register him as a brother. Not to mention that if it does register him, then shouldn't Geo also get Link Power from Omega-Xis? He's an EM Being as well, so if Cepheus could do it...

... there's got to be a lot more thought as to how it works than just Cepheus forming a Brotherband, y'know? >_>

It may be more feasible if Cepheus acted like he wanted a stronger connection between Earth and Planet FM. It's probably pretty difficult, if not controvertial, to mess around with EM Beings' bodies, considering they are made of electromagnetic waves, yet are naturally-occurring, and perhaps organic. It would be easier to perform tests on Wizards first, and if successful, moving on to the Wizards who were converted from EM Beings (Omega-Xis, Lyra, Wolf, and Cygnus), but even then, it's a long ways off from being able to try to apply this to still-natural ones, as they aren't exactly data, even in the sense of the latter Wizards.

Eh, I may be taking this on too real of a view here, but it would seem unrealistic if they made WAZA scientists say to-heck with ethics and just start experimenting on EM Beings to see if they can equip transers.

Although, if they did get mobile terminals for EM Beings, the self-updating process would be completely feasible. As it is, Real Waves can be manipulated to a degree, one example of which is being able to make a tree that can be both green year-round or bloom any time. So, a terminal made more out of real waves than out of physical ... stuff, could easily be updated even if it had to change shape.

This is ignoring the fact that it probably takes a while for even electromagnetic waves to get to and from Planet FM because of how far it is. Looking it up real quick, the fact that Planet FM is near the center of the galaxy (Omega-Xis says so when you first get to Outer Astro Wave 1), that means anywhere up to 10,000 light years away. And considering nothing travels faster than light... well, they ignored this fact when they made the game, so I'm ignoring it, too.

If they make a fourth I doubt it.
