So...lets have some serious conversation here =P lol......now now serious. Like the title says, why do you want MHX2 to be made?? we all know that most of MHX1 features were made, most likely, to tell the MMX1 story that wasnt able to tell very well in the SNES era. So, probably, the first question that comes in your mind will be: what part of X2 story line were not very cleared??
Thats for the story, now the features; 2.5D??, for the PSP? DS? or maybe just the PSN? dou you want to see another "what if" escenario like the one in MHX1(be able to play with Vile....the sotry is totally different)?? things like that Also something interesting to talk about will be reasons about WHY Capcom doesnt have current plans for this game? in other words......WHY IT DIDNT SELL WELL????
and please....dont argue yourself only by saying "I want and MHX2 because MHX1 was cool! :P" and stuff like that.. |

First Thing: The only thing they could really do is go into further depth with the X-Hunters. And their original Intent.
Second Thing: 2.5D at the most. 2D is what I would choose... But in that aspect, they could hit both PSP and DS. With a PSN on the waym or first... But it retains similar gameplay so it is easier to pick up and play. What If scenario needs to stay. They could keep Vile (canon questionable), give a Zero mode... And they must have an OVA animation movie to accompany it as well. Perhaps following the X-Hunters and about Serges as 'Wily'. Third: We are not Capcom. We cannot have accurate statements as to why a Company, in the business market for Profit, has made no announcements as to a MHX sequel... So We couldn't discuss this part accurately...

Maverick Hunter X, the PSP remake of the original Megaman X.
Pretty much exactly what I would like to see regarding a sequel!

man i can see them having a little movie thing for when X was riding his hoverbike to that factory in the beggining of X2. Ahhhh.... i think i'll play that game now |

I wonder how a remix of the intro ong could be, even is SNES is kick-ass!
The OVA....can be about, like you said Zechs, the relation between Willy and the X-Hunters or who knows....anyway I hope they do it! |

We are discussing the 'bonus' content. So don't wonder. Instead, contribute. Share 'your' ideas to which bonus content you'd like to see.

Didn't MHX garner poor sales in Japan and the US? That might be the reason we haven't heard any PR about a sequel. |
