Well Sony must know that and they just wanna satisfy people who love new technology and it is actually not bad like it seems. There was a program planned to transfer UMD to GO but if people just rent UMD and transfer to their PSP no one can make money .I heard it is not available in US only.

Atleast the BlueTooth and 16GB in its own can be worth it

16GB is already in the PSP so you can put games and stuff in it,just like a 16GB MS,and a 16GB MS cost around 60 bucks...That 's equal

MMMmm Capcom, well everyone arround here know that capcom is a japanese company, so like you already says if japan dont like the idea we can go and cry with our mamas, because nobody heard us crying.

About a new MM game, jajaja you can be 100% sure if they have to choose between make a new  megaman game or a Resident evil game, they would bet for the second one (better example: Mysterious game from capcom for E3 09, everybody is waiting for a MEgaman game and....well.....now we going to have a RE for psp)

Capcom work with the market, West market work with FPS (a really bored and repetitive market) and Capcom japan work with everything else.

Believe me im still waiting for a relase of MHG for wii and i dont want to talk in how much times they took for bring us MH2g for PSP XDDD and of course we never going to see makaimura KAI, AKA Ghost and goblins Kai for PSP.

If you house have a corner, then use it for cry for the game we never going to see XDD.

Unless you buy 12 million copies of Tatsunoko Vs Capcom, and do a write-in campaign for Batsu....

RIVALS SCHOOL NEED YOU!!!!!!!!!
Buy a copy of TVS, the kids from rival school will thank you forever.

Jeez, don't be nasty, he was just joking about how no mater how much we cry, Capcom won't care, because the Japanese thought otherwise.

I assume some of you guys are fairly new. Capcom watches these forums closely and they base a lot of their new ideas and games on what we say.

Mega Man makes amazing money. I joined this forum during the Mega Man 9 press kit rush ::pats his::.

So many people were all over the forum talking about Mega Man. Then, after the rush ended, only a few of us stayed (including myself).

Do you guys have any idea how much Mega Man 9 made? Fact of the matter is. Mega Man isn't a $60 USD game anymore. It isn't 1980-1995 and 2D platforming is still considered amazing. It's a niche market at this point.

The future of Mega Man is in the $10-$15 USD xbox live / PSN / wiiware market as well as portables. Capcom knows this. I'm actually expecting a 16-bit downgrade Mega Man X9 in the digital market place being announced at some point int he future. Mega Man 9 did AMAZINGLY WELL.

I do not think so. MM is not a strong franchise as it used to be. RE and SF (Street Fighter not StarForce lol) are Capcom's greatest brands right now. Why do you think we are seeing at least one RE news per year, this year we got RE5 and Darkside Chronicles and both of the are expensive next-gen game. There havent been a sequel to MMZX, but StarForce is continuing, wich means the classic MM formula is getting weaker among gamers.

Capcom is a bussiness after all, we cant blame them to develop games that they are sure will sell great. Our duty is to prove that MM still can thou.

Plus about what you said that "Capcom knows it". Well if Capcom is sure that MM's future lies in the downloadable titles then why we havent seen MMX9???? thats because Inafune-san and all in Capcom dont want t give up on MMX, havent you seen that interview when Keiji Inafune says that to make a MMX9 or MML3 they need like 15million bucks????? they really want to make a great game.

Plus, while it sells well in the US, it doesnt sell nearly as well in Japan.

which is why the classic, X ad ZX series are halted. they just dont sell well in japan anymore.

plus, Inafune checks out many fansites, and Capcom definitely does, having used many of the R20 artwork straight off of fan sites. (I guess they lost their originals)

Is it true that Capcom check the fan 's websites everyday or...They are just lying so they don't need to make that game...

Is it true that Megaman X9 will cost 15 million?Or should we take 1 zero out?

And why is Capcom keep making Megaman games the same formular, why are they continuing StarForce while their review is bad?

Is Capcom listening to people to fix the failed parts or they just making the game however they want?

Mega Man 9 made really good money. It was proof that there was still money in it. It's not a next gen franchise, that was the point I was trying to get across. as a cheap downloadable game it makes money, and realistically it doesn't take much resources to do it. Mega Man 9 was made in what, a few months? Look at the sales vs. development time on it. Obviously there is money in it, but only on the digital side of things.

Of course Mega Man is not a "next gen" franchise. Like I said before.

Though, Mega Man Legends 3 would be a fantastic next-gen game...I don't recall how well the other two did though.

What do you mean "given up"? You say it as if digital titles are throwing them in the garbage. Like I said in my previous post, 2D platformers are not the future, you can't possibly expect to make sales on a 2D platformer selling it at $60 USD a pop. That's ridiculous. But, like with Mega Man 9, people will buy it in a $10 dollar package.

In the grand scheme of things, it's all about profit. Mega Man 9 turned a great deal of profit. Again, referring to the development time and the sales of the game, it made really good money. Your typical game takes 2.5+ years to produce. Mega Man 9 took what? 6 months? 12 months at most?
