Hey guys! I haven't posted in forever! How are you all doing? I hope everything is well :D
I'm having an issue with my Mega Man Anniversary Collection for PS2.
I am playing it on my 60gb PS3 and I am trying to use my PS2 controller adapter with my PS1 (pre-dual shock) controller (Because for me it's the perfect controller for Mega Man). With some screwing around I was able to get it to work with my Mega Man X Collection...but I can't seem to get Mega Man Anniversary Collection to accept it.
Any ideas?

None that I know of.Send it a repair store or a game store to have it repaired that's all i can think of they charge higher than the original price just get a new one. Also you havent posted in a while you say, but im a recent member and i already accomplished so much and where do you view the rules? |

The rules I would assume are somewhere in the root of the forum.
Also, the system isn't broken. This isn't a hardware issue, this is a software issue. Again, I was able to get this working in MMX collection but not on this...since whenever I try to use my PS1 controller with my PS2 controller adapter it gives me that "Please connect dualshock 2 controller" message. I was able to get this to stop happening with my MMX collection, but I'm having trouble with this one.

The same thing happened to me, and I hate to say this but you might just want to consider using a regular ps2 controller. See the problem isnt the controller, the controller can be in brand new and still have this problem. For some reason the controller just never seemed to transfer well over to Mega Man Aniversary. |
